Cakes are made to order. For wedding cakes the sooner you order the better up to a year in advance. I am a boutique bakery and only can bake so much at a time. All other baked goods a week for simple cakes and the specialty cakes two- three weeks works best.
I have developed my special cake recipes (all from scratch) moist firm cakes with sweet or semi-sweet buttercream/fondant that will WOW you and your guests. I promise.
Gluten Free and Vegan cakes available: These cakes are made when no regular cakes are in the kitchen. I use the same equipment as my regular cakes. Kitchen not certified
Although our cakes are made in a kitchen that uses nuts, we can accommodate nut-free requests.
All cakes can be made with or without fine liqueurs & spirits.
